Can he do this?
So, the judge is prejudiced, but J.E.B. isn't? He's calling for the removal of this judge simply because he won't rule in his favor.

I'm so glad we've joined the movement.

Last Night
Did anyone see ER? I thought it was up to its old tricks as usual with the major disaster plot, but it ended up being really dark. I've been quite impressed, in general, with this season's older tv shows. Here's a brief summary of what I think:
Gilmore Girls: better than ever
Frasier: back to the good ole' days of Frasier the neurotic psychologist.
Ed: ok, but mainly boring. it's time to go
Friends: excellent. sad to see it go.
Will and Grace: Wasn't so good last season, but now the jokes are better.
Scrubs: indifferent
ER: back on track, but I think its end is near.
King of the Hill: consistently amazing.
Simpsons: last week's episode proved that the writers haven't lost their flare.

Jeezus, do i watch this much television? sadly, yes.

On a side note, the new Gap commercials: blech. Who are the adwizards who came up with that one? What happened to Low, Badly Drawn Boy, and Red House Painters???!
Speaking of Mr. Kozelek, his new project Sun Kil Moon is goooood.

So, let me get this straight
I'm taking 3 classes. None of them have final exams, just papers. Two of the final papers have very little to do with what we've read all semester, yet they're basically the only grade I have in that class. So, why weren't they due in the beginning--if they're not dependent upon what we've read--when I had motivation and didn't care to sleep and watch t.v. all evening? And maybe I wouldn't have to spend my Thanksgiving break in the Auburn University library, because they have everything I need, not to mention floors that can be reached without transfering elevators (don't ask).

I like my job for many reasons, but mainly for the fact that someone brought Krispy Kreme donuts into my life this morning.

What is it about staying home sick that makes you want to eat all day long?

ABBA-solutely fabulous
I decided last night that my wardrobe is seriously lacking in satin shirts with airbrushed animals on the front...also in stratgically cut-out midriff sections.
